| 1. Confirmation and Acceptance
of the service terms The ownership and operating rights of our
all electronic services are reserved to us
. The services we provided
will comply with our rules, terms. The users can be our
clients, after they agree with all terms and conditions completely

The users need to pay attention:

As for the juveniles, We
suggest that they need to be granted or agreed by their parents
in advance.
We will not publish users' names, addresses,emails or
pseudonyms, except that:
(1)Users permit us to reveal

(2)Relevant laws or procedures require us
to provide users' personal information. If users provide
false information, we reserve
the right to make users not to use our services. |

of services and services terms We
reserve the rights to modify the service terms when needed.
Once We change our services
terms,we will let users known in some important pages. If users
will not agree with this modification, they can cancel the network
services. If they want to renew again, we will think they have
accepted this modification of services terms.
We reserve the right to change or stop services at any
time without informing users. When we
exert the rights of change or stop services without being responsible
for users or the third party. |
4. User Privacy We
will respect users' privacy. So, We
will not publish, edit or reveal their registration information

content without valid users' permission. But with the permission
of laws or we think that
revealing those data is needed on the following basis. They

5. The user accounts, passwords
and security Once users register successfully and become our
valid users,they will get their usernames and passwords. They
will be responsible for the security of usernames and passwords.
They also need to be responsible for all activities related
to their usernames. You can
change your password at any time following the introductions.
If you find anybody using a user account illegally and security
flaws occurring, please report us

6. Limited Liability We
will not be responsible for direct, indirect, occasional and

All of these might damage our
image. So We have to state

7. The storage and limitation
of users' information We
will not be responsible for the failure of saving and deleting
information users published. We
reserve the rights of judging whether users' behaviours are

terms. If users break the regulation of our service terms, we
will stop providing
network services. |
8. User Management Users need
to be responsible for their own published content. The use of
services users can make use is based on all state, local and
international laws that apply to us
.
Users should follow that:
(1)When transfer technical information from China to outside,
it must comply with China's laws of rules.
(2)When use network services, illegal purposes are prohibited.
(3)Users should promise not to interfere with or disturb network
services.
(4)Users should comply with the network protocol, regulations,
procedures and practices to make use of all network services.
Users must promise not to spread any illegal, harassing, slanderous,
abusive,terrifying, hurtful,vulgar and coprological information.
In addition, users can not spread the materials that abet others
to commit a crime, stimulate domestic disadvantages, endanger
the national security. Spreading materials that can not accord
to local statutes, state laws and international laws are forbidden.
Illegal enter of other computer systems without permission is
also forbidden. If users break the above service terms, We
will make a decision to cancel this user's account. Users should
assume the legal responsibilities for their online behaviors.
If users spread reactionary,
pornographic or other information that disobeying the state
laws in our website , our
system records can be an evidence that this user break the law. |
9. Guarantee Users should agree
to protect and maintain the benefits of our
all members and pay for the
attorneys' fees when users make use of services exceeded, compensation
fees that violate the service terms. |
10.The end of service Users or
we can end one or more network
services at any time according to actual
situation. We can end the
services at any time without being liable for anyone or the
third party. If users
disagree to the modification of terms, or dissatisfy our
services, They can exert the following rights:
(1)Stop using our network
services.
(2)Inform us of stoping providing
services to her/him.
After the end of services, users will lose the right to use
network services at once. From then on, users have
no any rights or we have
no any responsibility to transfer any unprocessing information
or uncompleted
services to users or the third party. |
11.Notice All of notices that
sent to users will give to users through bulletins in important
pages or through
email and ordinary mail. The modification of service terms,
the change of services and other important events
notices will be done like this. |
12.The
ownership of network services contents The contents of network
services we defined include:
(1)All contents in words, softwares, audios, images, videos,
diagrams and advertisements;
(2)All contents in Emails;
(3)other information we provided
.
All of these content are protected by the laws of copyrights,
brands and labels and other property ownership.
So, unless advertising merchants and we
grant you,copy and reproduction of these contents in whole or
part
are prohibited. All copyrights of the articles are reserved
to us and the original authors.
Anybody who want
to cite and publish our website's
articles,he/she need to get permission from the original authors

13.Disclaimer
We will not be responsible
for the losses and claims resulting from the following facts:
(1)the losses resulting from such personal reason as users'
own mistakes and irregular operation;
(2)the lost, returned and undelivered of products and free gifts
due to address error;
(3)the failure of contacting users' accounts resulting from
network system error. |
14.Laws The network service terms
should accord to the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Customers
and us should agree that
we all accept the rule of Superior Court. If Our
service terms are conflicted with laws
of the People's Republic of China, they will be explained again
according to the laws. In addition, other clauses
will still have legal force and effect to users. |
